AURA.G Wholesale Partnership Guide

AURA.G Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Business

AURA.G engages exclusively in K-beauty and health-care devices transactions. Whether you are a distributor, retailer, or operate an online store, we welcome you to be one of our partner in the K-beauty industry. We are looking to bring the value to your local market.

2. Ordering System

We have designed a flexible ordering system to accommodate diverse business needs:

  • MOA: Our standard process requires MOA per brand start from $7000. In some cases can be less.
  • Group Orders: To help clients bypass high MOA, we offer group ordering options.
  • Hot Deals: For smaller, in-stock purchases, we provide special Hot Deals.

3. Minimum Order Requirement

  • The minimum order is one box per item, and it can't be less.
  • Example: One box of PRRETI Real Vita Eye Zone Patch (30 sheets, 640 pcs) requires purchasing 640 pieces of the same type.
  • Order collection typically begins within 1 to 3 business days.

4. Prices & Order Placement Process

  • Prices are always provided in Korean currency (KRW). Once the client confirms the price, we will issue an invoice in USD to finalize the order.
  • Clients should indicate in the price list the items and the number of boxes they wish to order.
  • It is essential to carefully review the invoice, as orders cannot be cancel, once confirmed.

5. Payment Terms

  • A deposit of at least 50% of the order value is required (Some brands need advance full payment).
  • Order will only be placed after the deposit has been received in our bank account.
  • Payment options in US Dollars (USD) to our foreign currency account.

6. Product Availability

  • After payment, we will request confirmation of product availability from our suppliers.
  • This process typically takes 3 or more business days.
  • Please note: Not all goods may be in stock. Some items may be sold out or discontinued.

7. Final Invoice & Shipment

  • Once product availability is confirmed, we will issue a final invoice indicating the goods ready for shipment (3 to 7 days).
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full amount before any shipment.

AURA.G Shipping Information

1. Origin of Shipment

All products are sourced and shipped directly from our warehouse in South Korea.

2. Shipping Options (By Air or Sea)

  • Economy Shipping: Transit time: 7–10 business days (Carriers: K-Packet and EMS).
  • Express Shipping: Transit time: 3–5 business days (Carriers: UPS, DHL and FedEx).
  • Shipping goods by sea, CBM or in one container is also available.

3. Domestic Transactions

  • AURA.G does not conduct direct transactions with clients inside Korea, we do not accept third-party deals.
  • All shipments are handled through our logistic partners, they cooperate with us for many years. Goods are shipped directly to your country via these agents.

4. Quality Inspection

  • Upon arrival at our warehouse, all goods are inspected for any damage.
  • If no damage is detected, the goods are released to the transport company for shipment.

5. Delivery to Transport Company

  • Delivery costs to the transport company depend on the number, size, and weight of boxes.
  • Typically, this cost does not exceed 30,000 KRW.
  • For orders exceeding 10 million KRW, delivery to the transport company is provided at our expense, provided the transport company in Seoul or near Incheon city.

Exclusive Distributor / OEM & ODM Services

1. Appointment of Exclusive Distributor

Client who wish to become our official and exclusive distributor have enter into a formal contract agreement with AURA.G KOREA.

  • This agreement requires a commitment to purchase a monthly/quarterly Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) / Minimum Order Amount (MOA).
  • The MOQ/MOA can be negotiated between both parties to ensure mutual benefit.

2. Responsibility of Client

  • Before placing an order for any brand, clients must verify independently whether exclusive representatives already exist in their country.
  • This is essential to avoid potential issues with customs clearance or sales restrictions.

3. K-Beauty OEM/ODM Services

  • We offer comprehensive OEM/ODM services for clients seeking private label solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work with trusted specialists across diverse beauty categories.
  • Quality First: Strict quality control ensures safe, effective, and consistent products.
  • Customization: From formulation to packaging design, tailored solutions for your unique vision.
